每日(rì)早晨8點,教練在打卡群中發布當日(rì)的(de)訓練任務,小(xiǎo)夥伴們根據視(shì)頻(pín)教學進行(xíng)健康鍛煉。肩頸、四肢、腹肌、臀腿……全身(shēn)肌肉都(dōu)安排得(de)明(míng)明(míng)白(bái)白(bái)。
